Green Hills Inn

Green Hills Inn is an assisted living facility, designed for older adults who need some assistance with the daily tasks of living, such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation and housekeeping. The goal of the Inn is to provide services that allow residents to remain as independent as possible in their apartments, while at the same time, receive assistance with certain needs. There is no endowment or entrance. Rental fees are on a monthly basis. Included in the monthly rental fee are:

• Studio or one bedroom handicapped accessible apartments
• Water, sewer, trash removal
• 24 - hour call system
• Safety features, such as hand rails in bathrooms, smoke detectors, fire sprinklers
• Fine dining, well balanced meals, with special diets available. Noon meal included in rent, others are optional.
• Individual heating, air conditioning controls
• Library, living room, exercise room
• Transportation
• Activities program
• Membership to the Green Hills Aquatic & Fitness Center
• Priority access to the nursing center, if needed

Optional services include:

• Personal assistance with tasks such as dressing, bathing and taking medication
• Physical, occupational and speech therapy
• Housekeeping services
• Laundry services
• Professional hair care services

Green Hills Inn also offers indoor access to a chapel, library, bakery, beauty salon, and beautifully decorated common areas.
