Green Hills is a non-profit, faith based organization,

          affiliated with twelve area churches,

   providing caring services across the generations.

We believe that at every state of adult life, it is possible to maintain a sense of dignity, independence of spirit and flourish within the limits of health.

 

We believe that each resident’s lifestyle should be respected and promoted in a safe and secure environment.

 

We believe in a ministry to the aging for whose personal needs we have a special concern.

 

We believe in a ministry with the aging as we seek to involve them as partners in the total program.

 

We believe in a ministry of the aging in which their special gifts of maturity, understanding, vision, concern and experience are recognized and utilized.

 

We believe that relationships between older adults and young children are mutually beneficial and should be supported and nourished.

 

We believe that employees are to be supported and encouraged by competitive wages and benefits, and other means of appreciation for excellent services and care of residents.
