Dementia Care Services

The Emerald at Green Hills Retirement Community is a specialized environment for residents with Dementia specific cognitive impairments. The Emerald has been created to provide a safe, secure setting so the resident can experience life with dignity in an area that does not place demands beyond the individuals capacity to function.

 

Offering sixteen private rooms, The Emerald provides a setting that revolves around life, liberty and happiness within their perception of reality.

DayBreak, Adult Day Services located at Green Hills Retirement Community provides programs designed to meet the daytime needs of older adults who live in their homes in the community and are in these situations:

 

• live with relatives who work during the day.

• may be in transition from hospital to nursing        

  home to the community.

• want social interaction with others their age.

• need a safe daytime environment.
