Rehabilitation Services

The Green Hills Retirement Community Rehabilitation Department offers a variety of innovative services. Our approach to comprehensive rehabilitation services enables our clients to achieve personalized focused outcomes while assuring successful rehab operations.

 

Services are customized to an individuals needs and are developed by our therapy staff starting day one with evaluation and continuing until optimal function is acquired.

 

Our services include:

 

· Direct rehabilitation services in the areas of physical, occupational, and speech therapy that feature the latest proven methods for optimizing health and independence.

· Outpatient services for those in the community in need of physical, occupational or speech therapy.

· Aquatic therapy—exercises designed for those challenged on land that would benefit from improved mobility and reduced pain.

· Gait training

· Contracture Management

· Orthopedic and Neurological Dysfunction

· Urinary Incontinence Improvement
