WOODSIDE HOMES

 

The Woodside Homes at Green Hills are Independent Living homes located on the Green Hills Retirement Community campus. Once all sites are developed, there will be 27 spacious homes. There are six floor plans to choose from, ranging from 1000 to 1409 square feet. Each features two bedrooms, two baths with a living room, kitchen, attached garage and generous closet space.

 

GARDEN HOMES

 

Green Hills Garden Homes are also offered as life lease homes for those who can live independently but also want the safety and security offered as a resident of Green Hills. On a smaller scale than the Woodside Homes, the Garden Home residents enjoy the same amenities as those in the Woodside Homes. Garden Homes offer one and two bedroom homes with one or more bathrooms and an attached garage.
