We are grateful to the individuals, organizations, corporations, foundations, trusts and church-related groups who help provide valuable funding to our mission. They help Green Hills serve older people in need of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual support.

Donations for this important work are always needed and may be designated for any of the following purposes:

The Endowment Fund

This important fund is designated to support Green Hills residents who have exhausted their funds and are unable to pay for the full cost of services. We are proud to say that, in over thirty years of service, no one has had to leave Green Hills because of inability to pay for services.

Special Programs

Innovative programming, designed to enhance residents' quality of life, is supported through contributions. Although there are too many programs to mention here, some highlights include Pastoral Care Program, Alzheimer's support and activities, and Patient Pride, which focuses on the self-esteem and emotional well-being of health care center residents.

Community-Based Services

Green Hills extends its charitable mission into surrounding communities to help a growing number of people in need of assistance at home.

Support for Community-Based Services helps make vital programs available and affordable. Gift support provides assistance on a sliding-fee scale for a variety of programs, including Adult Day Care, Transportation and Home-Delivered Meals. Gifts also provide start-up funds for several community-based services.

General Donations and Capital Improvements

The need for more extensive retirement facilities and services increases as our population grows. Beginning with needed renovations and continuing through creation of Alzheimer's units, nursing care facilities and state-of-the-art equipment, the demand for capital improvement is significant.

Financial gifts help meet ongoing capital needs through capital campaigns in support of specific projects.
