Green Hills Center

Green Hills Center offers skilled and intermediate nursing care. The Center is certified for both Medicare and Medicaid. It also offers a program and special environment for residents with Alzheimer's and related dementia. Care is provided by a highly skilled and dedicated staff, committed to providing for the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs of the residents.

• 105 nursing beds, with semi-private and private rooms
• 24-hour skilled nursing care
• Respite care
• Physical, occupational, respiratory and speech therapy
• Delicious meals prepared by our own chef designed to meet nutritional and special diets.
