AQUATIC & FITNESS CENTER SCHEDULE
All classes conducted by Monica Hill, Wellness Director. All fitness levels are welcome.

Water Fitness Classes:
9 to 10 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
5 to 6 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays
This one-hour workout in the pool provides a cardiovascular workout without putting stress on the joints.

HIT Fit Classes:
10 to 10:30 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
High Intensity Training Fitness class is a great follow-up to the morning Water Fitness class for those who want more of a workout for their heart. Or, for those who are tight on time but still want to get in a great workout. This is a high intensity, all cardio, workout in the water without putting stress on the joints.

Indoor Walking Trail:
1 to 3 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays
Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring your water bottle. This activity is to be done at your own pace and it open to all ages. Walk begins at the cloak room. If you have not already, please sign a release form.

Exercise the brain too with trivia questions that make you think.
10 laps = 1 mile
