DayBreak Adult Day Services located at Green Hills Retirement Community provides programs designed to meet the daytime needs of older adults who live in their homes in the community and are in these situations:

Live with relatives who work during the day
May be in transition from hospital to nursing home to the community
Want social interaction with others their age
Need a safe daytime environment

NOTE: Green Hills has an Alzheimer’s Support Group that meets the third Monday of each month from 2 to 3 p.m. in the Chapel. All are welcome to attend.
