Green Hills Inn is an Assisted Living community designed for older adults that need assistance with activites of daily living. All residents of the Green Hills Inn receive the following services:

Additional services are available based on each individual's needs and include:

Monthly Rates (Rate Scale Effective January 1, 2012)

Studio Apartment (View Floor Plan)
Level I - $2,170
Level II - $2,710
Level III - $2,990
Level IV - $3,260

One Bedroom Apartment (View Floor Plan)
Level I - $2,600 ($740 second person)
Level II - $3,150 ($1,270 second person)
Level III - $3,420 ($1,540 second person)
Level IV - $3,690 ($1,800 second person)

The frequency and amount of use of services will determine the Residents' service level.

The following other charges will apply:

In-Room Meal Delivery - $2.00 per meal
