Green Hills Apartments are rental apartments for those that feel they can live independently yet want the safety and security offered as a resident of Green Hills Retirement Community. Each building contains four ground floor apartments offering :
- One or two bedrooms
- Electric heating and cooling
- All major appliances
- Bathrooms with tub and shower
- Wall to wall carpeting
- Storage and closet areas
- On site laundry (coin operated)
- Ground keeping and maintenance
- Priority access to all services offered at Green Hills (Assisted Living, Skilled Care, etc.)
Eligibility for residency is available for those 62 years of age or older, handicap/disabled, regardless of age. In accordance with Federal law and U.S. Department of Agriculture policy, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.
